Fitness and Anxiety Video
This is a video that I made on fitness and anxiety. I wanted to continue my overarching theme of mental illness and sticking with depression and anxiety. I was able to use my friend, Elizabeth Whalen, as the main character of my video. She struggles with anxiety and uses exercise to help mitigate her worries. She's extremely intelligent and has found ways to help manage her anxiety. I thought this was a great study to inform other college students, and individuals, on a way to reduce anxiety.
A former yoga instructor that I took classes with, Nicole Stangl is featured in the video as an expert on anxiety and speaks to the biological factors that causes it. |
